At Milestone, we consider it a privilege to provide quality housing and service to our residents. We look at every interaction as an opportunity to serve and build a long-term relationship. That means we deliver on the hard goods – well located, quality buildings maintained to a high standard. We also exceed expectations on the relationship side – we strive to respond to service requests immediately, interact with warmth and respect, and welcome feedback and input from our guests.

In addition, Milestone Properties was honored to win the Income Property Owner of the Year award in 2014 from the Investment Property Owners' Association of Nova Scotia (IPOANS).
